To keep your skin smooth , supple , and the word “ cellulite” to have nothing to do with it , regularly use a body scrub. Which one? Choose!
CHOCOLATE SCRUB FOR SMOOTH SKIN
You will need a few tablespoons of grated dark chocolate , one zest of one orange and orange essential oil. Rub the zest on a fine grater , mix with chocolate chips , dilute the butter to a comfortable texture and rub into the skin for 10-15 minutes. After the procedure, the skin becomes smooth and velvety. If there is no dark chocolate , natural cocoa without additives and cream is suitable.
ALMOND SCRUB FOR SKIN ELASTICITY
Chop a handful of unshelled almonds and add almond oil. Chopped nuts do not injure the skin ,and oil nourishes it during the procedure. By the way , you can prepare the mixture with a margin: it can be stored in the refrigerator for 10-15 days.
OAT SCRUB TO MOISTURIZE THE SKIN
Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder , add cream and honey to them and let it brew for an hour. During the procedure, the swollen grains gently massage the skin , moisturizing and smoothing it. It is best to use this tool in the bath or in the sauna , get and peeling , detox: through the open pores of oatmeal and honey ” extended” all pollution.
CINNAMON SKIN SOFTENING SCRUB
Mix young cinnamon and honey in a 1: 2 ratio. Gently massage the skin with the mixture , enjoying the wonderful aroma! You get the rest 🙂
RICE SCRUB TO NOURISH THE SKIN
You need to grind a quarter cup of rice on a coffee grinder and as many coffee beans. When you get a handful of “ flour”, pour a glass of yogurt there. Let stand for 40 minutes and apply to wet skin , massage , hold for 2 minutes and rinse: the skin will be velvet! This scrub is especially good for the neckline.
GINGER CELLULITE SCRUB
Ginger is useful not only for colds , it can be used to cleanse the skin and even out its relief. To do this, grate a small ginger root , add sea salt in a 1: 1 ratio and dilute with olive oil. Scrub has a warming effect , so do not be surprised , if you feel the heat. But after such a procedure, the skin will look great! SALT TOXIN SCRUB

SEMI-SCRUB FOR SKIN SILKINESS
Mix a tablespoon of semolina , 2 tablespoons of cream and a teaspoon of honey. Gently , do not massage the skin too actively and enjoy the silk skin!
CORN SLIMMING SCRUB
Corn grits dissolve oil , if you have skin prone to dryness , or yogurt , if the skin is more oily. Actively massage problem areas twice a week and brag about the results in a month!
COCONUT SCRUB FOR SKIN ELASTICITY
Take the husk of a coconut , chop it thoroughly in a coffee grinder. The resulting mass of pour boiling water for 30 minutes. Then pour the water , add a couple of tablespoons of milk to the chopped steamed husk ( better than coconut , but the usual one will do). Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous creamy consistency is formed.
GRAPEFRUIT SCRUB FOR FRESH SKIN
Take 5 tablespoons of salt , mashed the grapefruit , chopping it together with the peel in a blender ,and drip into the resulting mixture of olive oil. Enjoy the freshness!
SUGAR SCRUB FOR SMOOTH SKIN
Mix half a glass of brown sugar with two tablespoons of coconut oil , two tablespoons of cream ,add 10 drops of lemon essential oil and a teaspoon of rose oil to the mixture. Be sure to rinse thoroughly , otherwise the skin may become sticky.
BERRY SCRUB TO SATURATE THE SKIN WITH VITAMINS
Chop in a blender half a glass of strawberries , raspberries or gooseberries , add two tablespoons of vegetable oil and a tablespoon of honey to the pulp. Apply a scrub to the skin , leave for 5 – 10 minutes , then rinse with warm water.
ORANGE SCRUB AGAINST EDEMA
Scroll the orange in a blender to a mushy state , add salt and rub the skin until it feels hot. Rinse with warm water and be sure to apply a soothing cream. You can forget about edema!
